    The research process for our project involves a systematic approach aimed at gaining valuable insights into online food delivery applications. We employ various methods to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.


    One primary avenue of our research involves the analysis of questionnaire feedback. Through carefully designed surveys, we gather opinions and preferences from relevant stakeholders, including users, restaurant partners, and delivery personnel. This direct input allows us to capture real-time perspectives and identify key areas for improvement or innovation.


     Additionally, we stay abreast of the latest developments in the field by conducting in depth research on current articles and papers. By reviewing scholarly literature and industry publications, we gain access to the most up to date information, trends, and best practices related to online food delivery applications. This literature based approach enables us to contextualize our findings within the broader landscape of technological advancements and user expectations.


    By combining these two research methods questionnaire analysis and literature review, we aim to ensure the robustness and relevance of our insights. This multifaceted approach not only allows us to address immediate concerns but also positions our organization at the forefront of knowledge in the dynamic and rapidly evolving realm of online food delivery
